The brand-new RAM Promaster ladder bolts directly to the new DRIFTR series roof rack. Our ladder has steps that are deeper and flatter than anything on the market, giving you the ability to walk up and down the ladder barefoot without killing your feet. We also have special notches on the end of each step for extra traction in muddy or wet conditions.

Installation Services:

How to Mount:

Loosely assemble the entire ladder. Pick a good spot where you would like to place the ladder. Make sure the ladder is on the side of the van without the sliding door. Using a friend, hold up the entire ladder and mock it up. Stand far away from the van to see what looks most aesthetically pleasing and mark the holes both at the top of the ladder onto the side of the roof rack and mark the holes underneath the van on the pinch weld. These markings will be where the ladder mounts, so make sure your ladder is straight and aligned properly. After you've verified and marked where the ladder is going to be mounted, drill into the side of the DRIFTR rack and into the pinch weld at the bottom of the van. Install and fasten bolts on the top and bottom of the ladder, then push the middle ladder in or out to set the distance from the van to the ladder and tighten the 4 bolts per side of the ladder. Double-check all bolts are tight, and you're good!

Compatible With 2013-current Ram Promaster vans in the 159 and 159 EXT lengths.

Order Changes

Once an order is placed, we ask that all changes (concerning appliances, width, add-ons, material) be made in the following 7 DAYS. Any changes made after this time will be charged a 30% restocking fee. This policy has been implemented to further guarantee the quality of your order and reduce any inconsistencies. 

Order Refunds

We strongly advise all customers to read over our refund policy. This is located at the top of the website home page under the "About" tab. Custom orders CANNOT be refunded once in production. The Serg Supply team will notify you when your product is going into production. Refunds cannot be issued after this point in the process. More details can be found on our Refund Policy Page.

Order Damages

If damage occurs to your order through shipping transit, please notate on your delivery documents. This will be visible by the pallet and/or the shrink wrap being damaged. After delivery, please email office@sergsupply.com for follow up. More details can be found on our Shipping Policy Page. This is located at the top of the home page under the "About" tab.

Shipping

Parcel

Orders with smaller items weighing less than 100lbs ship via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS. 

Pallet

Any orders with items weighing over 100lbs or larger than 72" in any direction must be shipped on a pallet. Update: Shipping is free!

Each pallet is insured with liftgate service + residential charge applied. If you have a commercial address with a forklift, please state it in order notes for quicker delivery.

Want to save time on shipping? Select the local pickup option at checkout and we will notify you when your order goes into production to set a pickup date.
